Order Placement & Acceptance

If we reject your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund if you have already made a payment. Pricing & Payment

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders within 1-3 business days of placement. Once processed, orders are shipped with global free shipping, and delivery typically takes 6-12 days. We do not charge any additional shipping fees, regardless of order size or destination. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
